With extensive experience in industrial real estate and cross-border investment in Asia, Michelle Liu, CCIM, maintains strong professional ties in both Taiwan and the Philippines. As the founder of La Phil Consulting Firm, she provides one-stop advisory services for Taiwanese companies expanding into the Philippines, while fostering real estate investment opportunities and business connections between the two markets.
Michelle is a Taiwanese CCIM with an MBA and more than 20 years of international commercial real estate experience. She spent over 14 years developing a 420-hectare international industrial park in Vietnam, began working in the Philippines in 2014, and later founded La Phil Consulting Firm in Manila. Her firm guides Taiwanese companies through site selection, company registration, government permits and factory operation.

Industrial Park Development in Vietnam
Developed and marketed the Vietnam Formosa Industrial Park, about 420 hectares across two phases between Ho Chi Minh City and Vung Tau, attracting major manufacturers such as Pou Chen and China Steel.

Awarded the CCIM designation by the CCIM Institute on April 10, 2009, certificate No. 15856.
Expanding to the Philippines
Became AyalaLand's first international sales partner in Taiwan, then founded La Phil Consulting Firm in BGC, Manila.
